Terms of use.

These cover the website. Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work — not by this page.

Eight clauses, and none of them are a surprise.

Terms of use — this website
  1. These terms cover this website

By browsing peoplestreet.co you accept the terms on this page. They are about the website itself — the pages, the words and the booking calendar on it.

  2. They do not govern an engagement

Work we do for a client is governed by the agreement signed for that work, which sets the scope, the fee and the obligations on both sides. Nothing on this page varies, replaces or adds to a signed agreement.

  3. Published prices are starting figures

Every price on this site is a floor, shown as a “from” figure. It is not an offer and it is not a quote. Your number follows a short intake call and arrives in writing; that written quote is the only figure that binds either of us.

  4. The content is information, not advice

The guides, comparisons and case material here are general information about HR systems. They are not legal, tax, employment or financial advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your own situation. Platform capabilities change; we update pages but cannot promise a page is current the day you read it.

  5. Booking a call commits neither of us

Booking is a conversation, not an engagement. Either side can end it there. We take no payment through this website.

  6. The words and design are ours

The copy, layout, diagrams and marks on this site belong to People Street, except third-party logos, which belong to their owners and appear to identify the platforms we work on. Quote us with attribution; do not republish pages wholesale.

  7. Third-party services we load

The booking calendar is operated by Cal.com and the site is served by Vercel. Their terms and privacy policies govern their own services — we cannot accept responsibility for how they behave.

  8. Availability

We aim to keep the site up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove pages without notice.
