Privacy policy.
Short, because there is little to say. We measure how the site is used, we ask for your details only where a form says so, and we do not sell or share what you give us.

What we collect, and what we do with it.
We measure how this website is used
We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and tools people use — including which campaign brought you here. It tells us a page was viewed or a calculator finished. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not sell it or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to tell a returning visit from a new one. The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com, which sets its own cookies under its own policy; we have no access to them.
Where we are based, and whose law applies
People Street is a United States firm and this site is operated from the United States. If you are in the UK or EU and want your information removed, write to the address below and it goes.
What you send us, and what travels with it
The cost calculator asks for your name, work email, company and role before it emails your report — we receive that, along with the figures the calculator produced from your answers, and we may follow up about them. That submission also carries the campaign link or referring site you arrived by, so we know which one reached you. Booking a call gives your details to Cal.com, who pass them to us. Emailing leaves your message and address in our mailbox.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to hold the call you booked, and to continue that conversation if it becomes a piece of work. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Our host keeps ordinary server logs
The site is served by Vercel. As any host does, they record standard request data — IP address, browser, page requested — to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not combine those logs with anything else to identify you.
Client data is a separate matter
This page covers this website. Employee data we handle inside a client's HRIS during an engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement, not by this policy — how we treat it is set out on our security page.
Your rights over your information
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will action it. If you booked a call and want that record removed, say so and it goes.
Ask us anything about this.
Privacy questions, access requests and deletion requests all reach the same place.
